CCL is recruiting a new coaching adjunct cohort, and will hold a "New Coach Orientation" in Greensboro December 10th – 14th, 2018. See link below to apply. Only a select few are invited, and not all "pass" the orientation, but if you get through it, it's a great community to be a part of. I know CCL is seeking coaches in specific regions (e.g., Greensboro, DC, Boston, Detroit), and I'd be happy to coach people through the process as I've been through it myself and it would be great to get some more Columbia coaches in there

The Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) is looking for highly experienced, dynamic and versatile executive coaches in the Southern California area.
If you are a seasoned coach with 5 or more years’ experience coaching leaders at all levels of an organization and across multiple business sectors, you may be a good fit to partner with CCL as an Contracted Coach. In addition to extensive training and experience as an executive coach, coach candidates must have an advanced degree in psychology or business (or a related field). Experience with 360 and personality assessments, ICF certification, and extensive business experience preferred.
Candidate Coaches must be available to attend a required 5-day New Coach Orientation the week of February4, 2019. The Interviews (in-person, if possible) and the New Coach Orientation will be held at the San Diego Campus.
