Evidence-based Coaching

As I understand it, part of the mission of this learning community is to engage in evidence-based research. Either conducting and presenting the results of research or to act as a participant in such research.

I am hoping to present a paper at the 2nd Biannual Columbia Coaching Conference scheduled for later this year.

The paper is intended to be the results of a coaching survey, designed to understand the perceptions that coaches have regarding their clients and how those perceptions shape their coaching style and shape the coaching outcomes.

I am hoping that you can support this effort by taking my survey.

It takes a few short minutes (10 or less).

I would also request that you pass along the survey link to your network of coaches.

Any valid research needs participants and I need you! Here is the link to the survey: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/DKF8MHT

best regards, I appreciate any help you can offer.
