At Mastery Studio LLC, I am part of an executive coaching and search firm dedicated to helping individuals and organizations thrive. We work closely with successful clients who prioritize continuous growth and development, empowering them to enhance their impact, cultivate meaningful relationships, and reach their fullest potential. Our clients are committed to building healthy and positive organizational cultures, creating opportunities for their teams to thrive.

Our purpose is to equip our clients with the ability to sharpen their focus, overcome barriers, seize opportunities, think creatively, develop meaningful relationships, and achieve their goals with integrity.

Having decades of leadership experience in the high-tech industry, I bring a unique perspective to every conversation. My experience navigating constant change, operating with a sense of urgency, and fostering advanced collaboration has shaped my approach to leadership. I've found that this "Silicon Valley Mindset" is applicable across industries, accelerating growth, impact, and relationship-building for our clients.

My coaching approach is founded on a combination of powerful elements, including Columbia University's rigorous coaching process, positive psychology, the neuroscience of change, our proprietary Mastery framework, and a deep commitment to spiritual awareness. My sole focus is helping our clients achieve their objectives and flourish personally and professionally.

My search and qualification approach involves identifying tangible predictors of future success and guiding each candidate to assess the personal and professional implications of the proposed role. I engage in collaborative discussions with each candidate, exploring the essential elements of mastery and identifying how those elements are reflected in their life.

Each client is unique, yet common themes include their desire and need to:

  • Envision what's possible
  • Build healthy cultures
  • Lead for outcomes
  • Expand their sphere of influence within the company and externally
  • Build collaborative teams
  • Clarify priorities and make decisions
  • Develop executive presence and become inspirational leaders
  • Accelerate the performance of individual contributors (think Mastery)
  • Attract, engage, and retain top talent
  • Develop resilience
  • Uncover their purpose and align their actions accordingly

Currently, we are in an era of unprecedented innovation and change, with the future of work unfolding before us. Whether the times are turbulent or calm, new opportunities arise constantly, and we have unprecedented access to resources. The power to shape our futures is increasingly within our grasp. The critical question is whether we are adequately preparing for this moment and all the following moments.

Happy to be on this journey with C3P alumni and faculty!
