Beginning in February, my colleague Sarah Tennyson and I are co-leading an eight week, in-person supervision group in NYC for executive coaches through the Association for Coaching. The group provides an opportunity for coaches to review their cases and explore issues and challenges from a personal, professional and systemic perspective.
