Hi fellow Columbia coaches,

John Schuster and I are teaming up to offer and advanced coach training course called Depth Coaching that explores coaching, leadership change and development through the lens of depth psychology and intuition. This is also an ICF-approved course (3-12 CCEs).

The course is a blended learning process (classroom and / or online) at two levels of intensity (3 or 12 ICF CCEs). Offerings will be in New York City, Houston or entirely online. And, we are offering our Columbia friends and graduates a 15% discount.

The Experience

This educational experience focuses on leadership and transitions, adds to coaching skills and options, and aligns with the frameworks all CCCP graduates mastered.

Neurobiology, mindfulness, Jungian psychology and Intuitive Intelligence guide the Depth Coaching curriculum and we will cover the power of the imagination and intuition, the stages of adult/leadership development, improving our habit patterns, and the purpose-driven self. Implications for leadership, performance, career, and life-work balance are the contextual framework for exercises, demonstrations and shared experiences.Demos and experiential exercises will help you internalize and practice the science and art of coaching.

Skills Mastered

You will walk away with new coaching tools and options, greater confidence in using your intuition and more experience working with depth psychology to deepen leadership change and development.
