Interests In Executive and Organizational Coaching

My main interests aim to identify the work-life coaching needs of middle-and-senior-level Executives. How can we effectively meet the growing demand of such market segment aiming to balance a colorful life with a successful career?. Most Executives undergo (as early in their ‘30s and as late as in their late ‘50s) major changes in their life experience which trigger self-reflection and changes on personal priorities, amid their constantly evolving professional life. Decisions made on either personal- or work sides may cause misalignment between both fronts, with enduring consequences. This is frequently surfaced through feelings of regret, frustration -even the sense of living a life completely different from what had been envisioned. Appropriately addressing the needs of this niche imply ways to self-(re)discovery, re-prioritization and fresh perspective. This calls for a dedicated business, one with a clear value proposition to its clients –not a one-size-fits-all kind of approach.
