Barbara Carter has over 20+ years’ experience as a senior human resource leader in the biopharmaceutical industry. Over the last 8 years, she has specialized and focused on coaching leaders and executive teams in small start-up to large global companies to be more effective in leading in complex and dynamic environments. Prior to starting her consulting practice in 2008, Barbara was a human resources executive at Johnson&Johnson, Genetics Institute, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, TransForm Pharmaceuticals and bluebird bio. She completed her graduate certificate in executive coaching from Columbia University.
