I have been in the Adult Education field for over 25 years. My expertise is in leadership development; designing and facilitating both ILT and VILT courses. I have a Ed.D from Teachers College and use coaching before, during and after workshops. I am also certified in several assessment tools that I use. Hogan, DiSC, 5 Behaviors of Cohesive Teams, EQi2.0 to name a few.
