Every leader I speak with right now is in "crisis management" mode on some level. Some organizations and industries are more vulnerable than others, with quite a few in "survival mode." How do you react when you are in the fight of your life?
The following blog post is for leaders and coaches looking for tools to help people re-center, so that they can best navigate this unnerving time. Our fate feels more interconnected than ever, and it's imperative that our leaders make good decisions. So that's why I'm sharing the frameworks I refer to most often. Sometimes explicitly, sometimes implicitly. They are not frameworks I've passed along previously (i.e., McKinsey's scenario-planning brief or the Center for Creative Leadership's how to lead in crisis best-practices.) They are frameworks that are more psychological in nature.
