Seeking Help in our Survey

Dear Columbia Coaching Colleagues:

We are working on building out content and a proprietary process to help gain talent management insights.

As we are both former corporate executives and Columbia coaches, we are passionate about helping individuals and organizations prepare for the future of work that is mutually beneficial to employers and employees. 

In our commitment to influence the new world of work and help employers and employees find more purpose in their work, we are engaged in a research project.
