She is the First Italian in the world to be Member and Contributor for Forbes Coaches Council, an invitation only organization for Top Business and Leadership Coaches. As Executive and Leadership Coach and Organizational Trainer, Maria provides coaching and training solutions to managers and key senior stakeholders up to C-Suite level within Government, Private and Public Sector to further their growth, development and effectiveness. She has more than a decade of experience collaborating with Fortune 500 Companies, most renowned Investment Banks, Governments, NATO Alliance, British Armed Forces Elit Units and prestigious Universities providing solutions with measurable results that are responsive to customers’ needs, in order to move ahead successfully in volatile times. Also Maria Pastore collaborates with different TEDx and develops Mentoring and Coaching Public Speaking Programs to help Speakers to create a personal style of speaking that is confident, authentic, energetic and vocally and physically expressive.
