As Executive & Leadership Coach, Maria collaborates with most renowned Investment Banks, Fortune 500 Companies, prestigious Universities and worked hand in hand with High-Ranking Leaders of NATO Alliance and Royal British Armed Forces, coaching Executives and Managers to develop character and performance by enhancing self-awareness, social awareness and self-regulation in today’s VUCA world and facilitate Leadership programs through the lens of neuroscience to develop Soft Skills. Also Maria Pastore coach Millennials to step into leadership roles eschewing traditional “alpha” in favor of “beta” approach. 
As Public Speaking Coach, Maria Pastore collaborates with different TEDx and develops Mentoring and Coaching Speaking Programs to help Speakers, from NASA Executives to scientists, startupers, founders and people that want drive the change in the world to fine-tune their messages, to create a personal style of speaking that is confident, authentic, energetic and vocally and physically expressive and to manage anxiety of Public Speaking with different tools including the mindfulness approach so speakers can be their absolute best the day of their performance.
