In the current context of high volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity, our past successes do not predict our future success. Continued lifelong learning is essential. For this reason, I usually work with leaders who are not complacent about their current success, but who dare to question themselves, rethink and continue learning to further enhance and adapt their leadership skills to the changing environment.

EXPERTISE: I have 16 years of experience and knowledge in psychological processes that boost the wellbeing and performance of individuals, teams, and organizations. In this way, I help people thrive and love what they do.

Before becoming a consultant, I worked as a therapist, coach and doctoral fellow at the National Council of Scientific and Technical Research of Argentina (CONICET), specializing in problems associated with chronic stress (burnout, anxiety disorders, etc.). As a result, I published 30 scientific articles, 1 book, I received 5 research awards and, most importantly, I helped hundreds of clients achieve their most valued goals.

Since 2017, I have been a founding partner of Hi Human Insight, a consulting firm specialized in culture transformation, leadership development, high-performance teams, wellbeing, and HR strategy. Also, I am a professor in leadership and coaching programs (Universidad de San Andrés).

EDUCATION: I am a doctor in psychology (Universidad de Buenos Aires), certified as an executive coach (Teachers College & Columbia Business School), ScrumMaster & Agile Leader (Scrum Alliance), and cognitive-behavioral therapist (Academy of Cognitive Therapy). I trained in Adaptive Leadership development (Harvard Kennedy School), NeuroLeadership (UNITAR & NeuroLeadership Institute), Design Thinking (IDEO-U & Knowmads Argentina), Strategic HR Management (IAE Business School), Digital Talent Management (DigitalHouse), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions in multiple specialized centers.
