Puja is a Business Leader, Visionary Entrepreneur and a Columbia Univ. Executive Coach. She co-founded Recalibrate 3.5 years ago and pivoted the company twice, moving it from purely coaching to an Innovation and Whole Brain Leadership Consulting company. Prior to her avatar as an entrepreneur, she has held senior leadership positions in consulting, IT services and hospitality for almost two decades. Puja also co-founded Boma India, which is part of Boma Global Network, supporting business leaders, entrepreneurs, educators, and changemakers. Boma helps individuals navigate our rapidly changing world so that we can all be more intentional and intelligent about the future we’re creating through our transformational executive/leadership programs, summits (virtual and in-person) and experiences.
In her time at Sapient Consulting for 11 years as Vice President, she held leadership position for 6 years across multiple Indian & global leadership teams. She was part of Sapient India Leadership team and was responsible for India people & operations. In her role as India Portfolio Delivery lead for all of North America buy side investment management clients, she was responsible for Delivery, people and risk. She headed the Sapient India Women leadership network.
Puja found her passion for coaching 6.5 years ago. She did ACI (most comprehensive executive coaching certification) from Columbia University. Her coaching style blends over 20 years of her own corporate & senior management expertise, a deep rooted passion for working with people & research based Columbia University coaching content and methodology. Her underpinning of coaching is in Whole Brain Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology, Neuroscience & Business Strategy. She has coached hundreds of leaders across industries and geographies in the last 6 years
